Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Artikate, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. In the rare event that you need to return an item, we've outlined our policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items if a request is raised within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sup@artikate.com. In your email, include your order number, along with clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Additionally, we require a product unpacking video to assess the condition of the item upon arrival. We address each return request on a case-by-case basis but strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for our customers. Estimated time for resolution is 24-48 business hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Pre-Shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to us at sup@artikate.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request. It might take additional 3-7 business days for your bank or payment instrument to refund your money back to the account.

Post Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at sup@artikate.com. In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our logistic partner, they may still attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. If the package is accepted, you can still initiate a return only if the package has not been opened. Please refer to our Return Policy section for more details. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will process the refund in 24-48 business hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated after the returned products have been received and verified at our seller's warehouse. For payments made through any online method, the refund will be processed to the same account within 24-48 business hours. It may take an additional 2-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your source method. For cash on delivery payments, refunds will be issued within 48 business hours of receiving the products and your bank details via email or link shared by Artikate.
