Welcome to Artikate’s Customization Service! By placing a customization order for pens on Artikate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand the customization process, requirements, and policies.

1. Eligible Pen Brands for Customization

Customization is available for select pen brands sold on Artikate. The following brands are eligible for customization:

  • Luxor
  • Parker
  • Waterman

2. Customization Options

  • Logo Customization: You may customize pens with logos. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for logo customization is 10 units per order.
  • Text Customization: You may customize pens with text (such as names, messages, or monograms). The minimum order quantity for text customization is 1 unit.

3. Order Placement and Customization Details

  • Customization details, including the logo file or specific text, must be provided at the time of placing the order.
  • For logo customization, the logo must be uploaded in a high-resolution vector file during the order process.
  • For text customization, you will be prompted to enter the text before confirming the order.
  • No changes to the customization details will be accepted once the order is confirmed.

4. Processing Time

  • Customization orders typically require 7-10 business days for processing. This includes design approval and production time.
  • You will receive an estimated delivery date based on the order volume and complexity of customization.

    6. Payment Terms

    • Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. Customization orders are non-refundable once confirmed unless the item arrives damaged or defective (refer to Section 9 for returns).

    7. Minimum Order Quantity

    • The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for logo customization is 10 units.
    • The minimum order quantity for text customization is 1 unit.

    8. Delivery and Shipping

    • Customization orders will be delivered within 10-15 business days from the time the order is confirmed and processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location and order volume.
    • You will receive a tracking link once the order is dispatched. Artikate is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier services.

    9. Return and Exchange Policy

    • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
      • The item arrives damaged.
      • The customization is incorrect (i.e., spelling errors or incorrect logo placement caused by Artikate).
      • In such cases, a return or exchange will be processed. You must contact Artikate’s support team within 7 days of receiving the product with photographic proof of the issue.
    • If a replacement is requested, it will be provided after we receive the returned item and verify the issue. Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement or refund process.

    10. Cancellations

    • Once a customization order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Please ensure all customization details are correct before confirming your order.

    11. Intellectual Property

    • By submitting a logo for customization, you affirm that you own the rights to use the logo or have obtained permission from the rightful owner. Artikate is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of copyrighted or trademarked logos or text.
    • Artikate reserves the right to refuse any customization request that violates intellectual property laws, contains offensive language, or is deemed inappropriate.

    12. Disclaimer

    • While Artikate strives for precision in customization, there may be slight variations in color, font, or logo placement due to the production process. These minor discrepancies do not qualify for refunds or exchanges unless they are significantly different from the approved design.
    • Artikate is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or issues related to third-party logistics providers.
