Description
Phthalo pigments are a family of blue and green synthetic organic pigments, first sold in 1935 under the trade name Monastral Blue. When it was discovered, it was thought to be the most significant advance in artist pigments. The perfect transparent marriage of blue and green, it has high tinting strength and is excellent for painting tropical water.
