Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping within India.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping Charge on orders with cart value up to ₹499.00 is ₹49.00 INR

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made from 9 am to 9 pm on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-36 hours for the tracking information to become available. It takes an additional 3-10 days for the shipment to reach your doorstep. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sup@artikate.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Multiple Shipments: Please note your order may have multiple shipments if your order contains items from multiple sellers.

Cancellation Policy:

Pre-Shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to us at sup@artikate.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request. It might take additional 3-7 business days for your bank or payment instrument to refund your money back to the account.

Post Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at sup@artikate.com. In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our logistic partner, they may still attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. If the package is accepted, you can still initiate a return only if the package has not been opened. Please refer to our Return Policy section for more details. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will process the refund in 24-48 business hours.
